Shipping policy
Shipping & processing takes 5-7 business days, Monday-Friday (weekends & holidays are not considered business days). Orders are shipped out each week on Tuesdays & Thursdays.
After packages are turned in to the postal service you will receive tracking information via email, please make sure the email you provide during the checkout process is valid. All information and updates about your package and shipping will be handled through the email you provide during checkout. If you do not receive your package after 14 business days please contact us with your order number and name.
Please make sure that you double check your address. If your package is returned back to us you will receive a refund (Not including shipping price), if you still want the product you will have to reorder with a valid address.
Orders that have a significant price value may require a signature to protect your property and prevent loss. If your package is lost or stolen you will need to file a claim with your local USPS office or online; unfortunately we are NOT liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been turned into the postal service.
